Wind Farms: Blade inspection and Repair (Drone inspections: blade internal-, external-, thermographic inspections, Lightning protection system measurement- and layer thickness inspections) / Providing operation & maintenance ’know-how’ for older and new wind turbine types/ Training of local labour.
Gas & Oil Facilities: Conducting visual and UT inspections with drone quickly and in accordance with API/EEMUA regulations. Thanks to its unique design, the drone can easily access pipe racks, stacks, tanks, flares and distillation columns, taking up to 30 measurements every 10 minutes. In addition, the drone’s advanced LiDAR capabilities allow for precise identification of POIs (points of interest) / UT tank inspection Thanks to the UT drone, visual and ultrasonic inspections of storage tanks with remote control.
Mining: Inspections with specialized mining drones for stock measurement, topographic survey, mapping and inspection, including ultrasonic testing for thickness measurement. Monitoring of shafts and ore passages / Mapping and Inspection of equipment / Mapping and inspection of hazardous areas / Calculation of cut and fill volume / Visual inspection and inspection of crusher (UT) / Stock volume measurement / Rock mass classification / Pre-entry inspection.
Shipping: Use of specialized drone ideal for close visual inspections and UT measurements, even in narrow and difficult to access areas / Accurate ultrasonic thickness measurements on ships and other equipment. Combined with advanced LiDAR technology, the drone is able to accurately locate and display all measurements in a 3D model of the device, providing all the data for the CLASS inspection
