A Hungarian company won two awards at the US Fintech Awards, a financial technology awards gala in the United States. Gábor Hellner, managing director and co-founder of Budapest-based CryptoSoft, told MTI that at the weekend’s awards ceremony in New York, their American subsidiary, ICS Software Technologies, received the Startup of the Year award and the title of best Web3 development of 2025.  In the latter category, they won with their so-called Quantum Time Lock Encryption (QTLE) project in which they can create a kind of “virtual safe” in cyberspace for a predetermined period of time.
