The Hungarian company GEOMANT (part of the GRAIA group) has developed a new digital AI tool, specifically designed for the Greek courier and food delivery market. The solution works through the tools already used by courier & delivery representatives without requiring significant integration into the software backend, combining real-time translation, AI-powered responses, and automatic case summaries to reduce handling time, improve response consistency, and reduce repetitive workload, resulting in faster and more reliable transportation of goods. The application removes language barriers between customers, passengers, restaurants, and support representatives through real-time, context-aware translation in more than ten languages.
In cases of delayed courier deliveries, the application, through customer and service center conversations, creates automatic case summaries to reduce handling time, helping the delivery service to become faster and more efficient. At the same time, the application provides the ability to immediately import new menus or products into the e-platform within minutes. The digitization of menus is done from a simple phone photo or from a PDF and is translated into a structured, ready-to-import menu, automatically extracting dish names, descriptions and prices, while also suggesting allergens and tags.
