Hungarian company GLOBUS produces canned vegetables in bulk in Hungary. GLOBUS is a member company of the Eureden group, a co-operative agri-food group from Brittany, France. Globus brand is one of the best-known, traditional brands in Hungary for more than 100 years. Their production technology helps vegetables retain all their valuable nutrients so that healthy, nutritious, and high-quality vegetables end up on consumers’ plates. They offer a wide variety of canned vegetables and fruits, and ready-made food solutions including more than 10 standard products and vegetable mixes, as well as 5 different packaging options, from small formats to Horeca packaging. In accordance with EU regulations, they do not use preservatives, and all the used cans are recyclable and BPA-free. Their latest product line does not contain added salt, sugar or other additives, so our consumers can enjoy the natural taste of vegetables.
GLOBUS produces 80.000 tons of raw material annually, producing 150 million cans per year. It has 6 production lines, 5 packaging lines, and 52 warehouses within Hungary. Globus canned vegetables are already exported to China, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and several European countries (Germany, Austria, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia, and Kosovo).
