By 2014, Dilaco Lighting had developed a fully elaborated LED lighting system applicable to all fields of animal production. The R&D programs, conducted in collaboration with Hungarian universities and renowned agricultural experts over a period of several years, have demonstrated that the company’s lighting system produces a significant extra-biological yield in addition to ensuring energy saving and a rapid ROI. Dilaco’s lighting system uniquely creates and reproduces the natural light conditions with careful attention to the diurnal rhythms, the exact simulation of sunrise and sunset, and the colour, spectrum, colour temperature and frequency of light. Their systems provide birds with a completely flash-free, high-frequency light offering optimal light conditions that result in highly beneficial effect on production. Using Dilaco’s LED lighting systems, as much as 90% energy saving can be achieved over the traditional light bulb, fluorescent tube and compact fluorescent tube systems. With the help of the optics used, the light can be directed to where it is needed, which ensures homogeneous illumination with optimal energy efficiency.
AGROLED lighting system
Dilaco Lighting designs and manufactures complete agricultural LED lighting systems, without using LED bulbs, LED tubes, or CFL lamps adapted from human lighting solutions. The design-production process goes from the creation of the lighting system and 3D simulation models of the poultry houses, to the production of the system elements, to the programming of the special Agro Light – Computer, including the preparation of lighting design documents and a wide range of full-scale technical advice. Its lifespan, technical parameters, and degree of automation are incomparable to other systems on the market. Their newest, self-developed, Japanese LED agricultural lighting system has won the grand prize at the largest international agricultural exhibition in the region in 2019 and 2022.
