ATEV Zrt. is one of Hungary’s leading companies in the processing of animal by-products, Founded in 1949, it has experience and a wide range of knowledge in the market and technology. Its main activities include the collection, disposal, and processing of animal waste, during which animal-based protein and fat are produced, for use in the feed industry or for industrial purposes. They render animal by-products in four plants. All rendering plants have IPPC licence and besides the fulfilment of all the relevant environmental rules the use of best available techniques, improvement of waste water treatment technologies and reduction of energy consumption altogether give a lower impact on the environment. The product portfolio of ATEV includes Cat 1-2-3 products.
ATEV Zrt. is member of EFPRA (European Fat Processors and Renderers Association) since 2005. EFPRA represents the interests of actors of this industry in the EU, takes part in the procedure of making EU standards and laws, and is represented by national delegates. EFPRA counts 35 members currently in 26 European countries
CATEGORY 3 POULTRY MEAL: Poultry meal with raw protein contents of 64+, or 68+ % is made entirely and exclusively from Category 3 slaughterhouse by-products of healthy animals (poultry) for human consumption. The poultry meal may be used only for feeding pigs, pets and aquaculture in compliance with its legislation.
CATEGORY 3 FEATHER MEAL: Poultry feather meal is a basic material for animal feedstuff production. It is made entirely and exclusively from Category 3 slaughterhouse by-products of healthy animals (poultry) slaughtered for human consumption. The poultry feather meal may be used only for feeding pigs, pets in compliance with its legislation.
CATEGORY 3 BLOOD PRODUCT: Hemoglobine blood product is used for feeding farmed animals (pig, poultry, fish) and also for feeding pets and aquaculture in compliance with legislation. It is made entirely and exclusively from pig and poultry blood obtained from slaughtering healthy animals for human consumption.
CATEGORY 3 PORK MEAL: Pork meal with raw protein contents of 50-54% is made entirely and exclusively from Category 3 slaughterhouse by-products of healthy animals for human consumption.
